When charging, it is fine. When I remove the cable the unit shows remove cable even when the cable is removed. Have to do hard reset with button back based on the only solution posted. That works but need a more optimal solution

My daughter had a similar problem - she was frozen at the power off screen. On closer inspection, at the bottom of the K3 on the back of the unit is a reset button (you will need a pin or paper clip to reset it). Pushed a pin in for a few seconds, reset, all was OK.
The problem is with the battery or the USB cable. Check the cable first if there is any damage replace it,if there is no damage then the problem is with the battery which is not charging get it replaced and ur problem will be solved..
