What do i do when it flashes descale

You don't actually need a descaling menu to Descale.
Remove the Coffee Beans.
Just put the descaling solution in the water container and use the steamer as usual. Just don't drink the brew
Run 2-3 passes if necessary.

Now...Whats wrong with the Menu...
Or is it just hard to find the descale in the menu?
Think about it over a nice Coffee!

Have you tried descaling the machine? You can get a descaler in the super market. That works for me.

u need to descale again use a strong mix this time its not cleaned enough

Mostly it is just a very unreliable product. I am on my 3rd replacement after only 14 months.

I had this problem too. I was beside myself wondering what to do. I took the machine apart but there was nothing wrong. It was stuck in an infinite descale cycle. The 5 green buttons never blinked to say it was done. What finally fixed it was to close the steamer valve to where water was being being restricted from the steamer wand but still a little water was spurting out. It finally quit emitting water and the 5 lights blinked and the infinite descale cycle completed. This model espresso maker was a lemon and been nothing but problems.

Have you tried to descale your machine. Remember to use the correct descaling powder and make sure that it is totally dissolved before running the descale program. In the menu, make sure that your water hardness is set on 4. descale more often than not enough.

I had exact same problemeven took entire machine apart - all fine. Solution is very simple... descale with Gaggi descaler solution. Remove filter and block, mix solution with 1.5L of water, turn on for 20 seconds, wait 20 rinse through steamer, wait 3 minutes and repeat until all solution used - rinse compeletly with clean water

Sounds like it needs descaling - not the normal descaling but inside the pump head!
