Does my HP Deskjet D2660 mirror image print

HI,
I had this same issue until i went to Control Panel>Printers> right click on printer in question>Properties>under General tab click Printing Preferences>under Advanced Tab click Mirror Image off>just in case that wasn't going to cure my mirror image turning right back on I went to the Printing Shortcut Tab and re-saved my shortcuts, checking back to Advanced Tab to make sure that the Mirror Image still showed off. I've had no re-occurrence of that issue since.

Thanks,

HOW TO PRINT MIRROR IMAGE ON HP 7590

When you are ready to print do this:

1) Select Print from the file menu, on the page you want to print.

2) When the HP Officejet Pro L75XX Document Properties Box opens select advanced from the tabs at the top.

3) Open the tree under "Printer Functions" or if its already open select "Mirror image" and toggle the on/off selector to turn on the Mirror image function. You are done!

4) Return to the Printing Shortcuts tab to complete your selections for this print project.

Note: Remember to reset this function to Off so you don't waste a lot of paper printing something you can't use...

I hope this helps you.

My HP 5550 Deskjet won't print mirror image

You'll need to go to the manufacturer's site and find Vista drivers for your HP. Going from Win 98 to Vista is a major jump. I had to convert from XP to Vista and I still had to go get Vista drivers.

Also, make sure you get 32 or 64 bit drivers for the system.

Printing Backwards like a mirror image

You need to change the printer properties.

You can do this a few ways:

  • Click File , Print , then click the Properties button.
  • Click File , Print Setup , then click the Properties button.
  • Click File , Print , Setup , then click the Properties button.
  • Click Print , Properties , then click Printer Assistant .
  • Click the Taskbar Printer icon.
  • Right-click the applicable 3740 icon in the Printers folder, then click the Printer Preferences button.

Click on the "Basics" tab.

The 3rd option under "orientation" will say "mirror image".

Make sure this is un-checked.
