I have a an old Fisher VCR FVH-721 that wont power up. I had to replace all the belts and after doing so, I encountered the power up problem. It's one of two things, the timming is off, or there's a power supply problem. Power light comes on for 5 seconds then shuts off.
Perhaps, I missed a step in timming / aligning the gears ? Would be grateful to anyone who might know the correct way to align the unit, or if there is an electronic component that went bad and which one. Any and all suggestions would be gratefully appreciated !!
