yes, this is possible but, you will have to send to Sony for this repair unfortunately. the replacement screen is not available in retail stores. although, you can contact your provider and there may be a in store tech that will fix but i doubt it.
I recommend seeing an expert. I heard that to replace the internal screen only costs about 20 dollars if you do it yourself. You should look into buying a new screen(internal) but about the leaking LED's you should really try to see an expert or get some support from Sony.
