SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 stuck at one song - please help!!
With my sandisk c140 mp3 player, the screen & player is stuck and stays on one song. the song doesnt play, and you cant switch songs or do anything at all. I can't even put off the player without taking battery out. i tried taking out the battery and putting it back in, but that didnt work, it still shows up with the same song stuck on there when i turn it on. i also tried plugging it into the computer, it was not detected at alll. Any ideas, please?

Try a "hard reset".
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off.
With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button.
Power it back on, see if that works.

Best of Luck.
First open your mp3 player and go to settings. Under the USB menu
change it to MSC. Then plug in the mp3 player to the computer. Open
the My Computer on your desktop, right click on the Sansa mp3 player
and click Format. Make sure Fat32 is checked and Quick format is
UNchecked. Then format the mp3 player. After that it should be clean
and work just like a USB drive.
