Hy y want to know how to instal web camera

click start control panel view devices and printers you should see your webcam from there
if you are have trouble with your webcam
click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager scroll down image devices you could see a yellow question mark?
right click to reinstall drivers or update driver
also during a video call at the top of your screen you will see an option to for a video call using yahoo messenger this might vary if you are using another messenger service
you might need to download and install a messenger program which will incorporate using a web camera skype yahoo messenger
If you choose to install skype or another messenger program you will have the options to join make/id or if already a member to sign in
an Id must consist of letters and numbers just one number will do the Id must be unique skype will automatically search to see if your Id you have made is available eg: loosey9

As with Windows Vista and 7 the camera drivers are incorporated with the OS itself, I suggest that you install the Arc Soft Web Companion Software to resolve this issue.

Also, check in the Device Manager if the Imaging Device is listed or not, if no, install the following driver.

Remove all pictures out of your Pictures folder. Either delete them ALL or move them to your desktop. Your webcam should start working.

Yes. E-machines E725 does have an in-built webcam. You need to install the drivers for the Webcam to work.

You can have as many cams as you want you simply choose which one you want from the program you use..Install the software that came with the camera, reboot, then. when at desktop next, Just plug in the "New" camera into a USB port, and wait a bit, you should hear a dong-dong and then reboot. Now next time you are at desktop you can open your newly installed software and setup the camera and you should be soon be seeing yourself.. or whatever.

Acer Aspire Model generally comes with a bison web cam driver.
To use the web cam search for an application that installed in program files.In windows Xp web cam can be used by double clicking camera icon present in my computer. If you are using windows vista or other operating system you need an camera application software,to use it. Without application software you can use your web camera only in messengers,for example yahoo messenger. If u had an yahoo messenger login and click on view my web cam,now you can see your face in your laptop.So first thing is search for an application software installed on your laptop.

If you are referring to your camera, try to download the drivers from the company web site and re-install them. If the web cam came installed on your Acer laptop you will need to go to the Acer web site. Click (HERE) for your drivers.

After weeks of trying to install my Acer Crystal Eye Camera on an Acer Aspire 6920 with a fresh vista install, I have finally solved this problem.

The error I was getting when trying to install the drivers:

"Could not install device. The required section was not found in the INF."

The problem is a missing registry key for Imaging Devices.
Here's how to fix it:

1. Start Menu > regedit.exe
2. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
3. Expand SYSTEM
4. Expand CurrentControlSet
5. Expand Control
6. Expand Class (and keep it highlighted/selected) 7. Edit > New > Key
8. Rename the key to: {6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
9. Open the key, in the right hand side double click (Default)
10. Rename the Value Data to: Imaging Devices 11. Reinstall device drivers and you're done!
