I forgot my code and misplaced the overidde keyto my hardline digital safe. It is not my main every day safe but I use it as a hidden back up.

you dont key was by-pass --can call a locksmith to see if lock can be picked

User override key to open safe.
Then:
a. Inside the open door you would find hidden a red button press this button, the yellow light will be on, input the user code in 30 seconds try 1,5,9 then press A or B to finish

b. If the yellow light keeps flashing with beeps the code is wrong( revere to user manual)

c. To change code repeat step a.

Test your new code before closing safe.

i have godrej electronic safe. i m forgot my password. and key is inside it. Is it possible to open.

inside the safe door near the hinges there is a red button. Push it and the "proceed" light on the top right of the keypad will come on. enter your new code and "A". That's all.

You will probably have to call a locksmith who specializes in digital safes, or you can contact hardline and give them the serial no. of the save and proof of purchase to get the code or key. You will probably need proof of purchase for the locksmith to.

I have pin code but batteries went flat while I was on holiday, how do I unlock my Hardline digital safe? I do not have override key
