Brand new Neptune Prague toilet doesn't flush properly and doesn't have enough suction, cloggs with toilet paper. Can be fixed or it sounds like a manufacturing defect?

Raise the level of the water. The dual flush water levels are minimal by design, but need the full flush volume of water. There should be a level line inside the tank, go about a 1/2" above.

Drained my tank, without removing my tank. Flushing it with water threw the sistem. Then flushing it again with petrol. Then refilled my tank with petrol. It cut out while driving. How get water out.

an old trick to remove water is to use methylated spirits in the tank with the petrol
It breaks the surface tension of the water down and allows it to go through the system with no ill affects
say about 3 liters to 50 liter petrol

Cold water pipe noise

is there a knocking when you use the faucet or the pressure slams when you turn it off? that's water hammer. the air pockets that are supposed to be in the plumbing are depleted. most new plumbing have a length of pipe larger than the rest of the plumbing to hold air to avoid it. easiest way to fix this: turn off the water main. open up every faucet and flush every toilet until no more water flows. shut everything off again. slowly turn on the water main and the knocking and water hammer should disappear.

Have a urinal flush valve which has insufficient water discharge. Unit is supposed to dispense 1 gallon, but I would estimate only about a half liter flush. Any suggestions?

Hi,
The guts have worn and the hadle does not push the internal plunger far enough. Check your local plumbing supply house for a rebuild kit. The kit can be installed in a couple of minutes.

I have a quantum toilet that flushes normally but then syphons the water from the bowl Possible problem?

Look for your main plumbing vent that goes out your roof, is it pluged with a nest or something? When your drain system drains, it needs outside air from the vent to keep the system from vaccume lock. Same as vapor lock in the gas line on your vehicle. If the system is'nt getting air it will **** the water from the traps in your drain system like it is doing in your toilet. You may have to have a professional drain cleaner or plumber correct your pluged vent.
