Hi,

This error code is a long compressor run time for the freezer compartment, check the condenser to make sure its clean. Also make sure al fans are running as needed. You may need a service person if all these items are functional, as a leak in the sealed system can also cause this issue but rare to have this in both compartments.

Hello,

More than likely the control board in the refrigerator section has failed. The only thing that would cause this issue it a control. The breaker reset was only resetting the software in the control board.

Replace the board on the side and it will fix this issue.

When copper and aluminum are connected it cannot be welded, it has to be crimped. this is a problem that is not exclusive to sub zero, an all aluminum evaporator ( if it is in the refrigerator it's an evaporator) should resolve the problem nicely
