Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. You’ll
need to clean the filter which is located on the front bottom of the washing
machine right below the washer window. It is held up by three screws. Take out
the screws and clean the lint. You’ll find in the lint some small clothing,
coins and other small things.
Please do rate the solution and revert for further
assistance.
Thanks

Harm, remove the lower panel and you will see the filter right in front. Unscrew the filter strainer and clean all the lint and debris. This machine has a pressure switch that won't allow a high spin if it detects water in the tub. Therefore you get these pauses and slow tumlbe. Try this and see if it's normal after cleaning the filter...Catriver...post back

WOW..... That was the easiest repair that I have ever had to do.... We were having the same problems with the washer pausing and have wet clothes when the washer got done. (if it would after prolonged time). The filter was gloged with all kinds of stuff.. But I only made 67 cents.... The screws are on the bottom front down at floor level... you don't even have to move the washer to clean the filter... Had it done in about 15 min. I want to thank everybody above with the info..

WOW - I pulled out ton of lint and probably $5 in change. THANKS
Hello Mary Fortner - It means that the washer has been paused; the cycle has been interrupted. Either the "Pause/Cancel" button or "Start/Pause" button has been pressed. To resume wash - press "Pause/Cancel" or "Start/Pause" once. If this does not prove to be successful please turn the breaker to the unit off for 5 minutes. Then turn the breaker back on to the unit, and retry the cycle setting again.

This was a great help to fixing my GE Front LOad washer. When I took out the filter it was filled with stuff that had collected over time. Once I cleaned it up and replaced the filter we were back to washing again. Thank you for the tip it was priceless.
