My camera is not working after it falls into the ground.what should i do?

Try blowing ******* the lens. If it doesn't work, hold your camera with the lens facing the ground and tap your camera repeatedly so any dirt inside the lens mechanism will fall out.

From the description the shutter is not working, in order to address this the lens must be taken apart to see if it can be salvaged, and there is the matter of a dimmed screen. My sense is replace the camera with a new one, cost to repair will be high something to consider when a camera specialist checks it out.

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ... Unfortunately, many cameras that fall prey to this can only be corrected by professional repair. But, here are some things that you can do that may correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty, they're worth a try.

As an extremely sensitive electronic and mechanical device it should not fall to ground as consequence it might be damaged take it to your local service for repair.

you need tape a nail file and some rocks now scratch the lens with rocks and file it then tape it so i can see

I have a crapped out unit (PCB Board $250.00 part!!!! + labour) that I am either going to sell for parts (complete with all accessories that came with it), or try to find a broken unit that I can steel the PCB board from. Let me know what you end up doing with it.
