I had the same problem. I took it apart and cleaned it. The screw is located at the rear of the mouse in the center. It is underneath the bar code. It is a triangle screw but I was able to get it apart using a standard jewelers screwdriver. I cleaned the top and dusted out the inside. Now it works fine.

Cant get the font to change on a web page that I somehow made smaller

Hello

OK, all you need to do is to hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard. While you hold down the key, you need to scroll with your mouse button, If you have an external mouse plugged in, you just need to scroll with the middle mouse button. If you use the mouse pad on the laptop, the left side on the pad is usually the scroll function.

So...Just to be clear. Open your web browser. Hold down the "Ctrl" key on scroll up or down with your scroll function.

Hope this can be of help. Also, please do not hesitate to let me know if you need any further assistance.

Kind regards
Andrea

I cannot get into my account. I emailed to get my password and it doesn't work. I do not know how to "paste and copy". Please help me.

You need to copy the password and paste it into the password box on the paypal website. To copy,
  • Click with your left mouse button just before the password.
  • Hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse to the right until the password is highlighted.
  • Click the right mouse button and a menu will appear.
  • Click on "Copy"
The password is now copied into the computer memory.

To paste the password into the box on the paypal website;
  • Click the left button of your mouse in the password box.
  • Click the right mouse button and a menu will appear
  • Click "Paste"
You will now have pasted the password into the box.

I bought a mouse (HP Wireless Optical Mobile Mouse (VK479AA)) and I can't hold down the keys. By that I mean when I hold the button down, it isn't held, instead, the computer thinks I'm constantly pressing...

I have the same problem. I posted on HP forum but did not get any help. I contacted HP technical support. They sent me a new mouse but it behaves the same way.

Left button not working after few days of purchase

There are several possible solutions. I would first try reloading the drivers if you installed any. Disconnect the mouse and start the PC. Then shut down and connect the mouse and restart. Of course the first thing you need to check is the batteries in the mouse and the receiver that is connected. When working with wireless it is possible something maybe interferring with the signal for the button click function as well. Hope this helps.

Trouble pairing my bluetooth Macally BT micro mouse

Q: After pairing my mouse, the button click works but cursor tracking does not move. What can I do?A: The cursor tracking problem is because red sensor LED is not on. Please try another set of battery or fully charge battery again, and verify if bottom red LED turns on. If red LED still does not turn on, please remove batteries from mouse, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, next press and hold the left and right buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, followed by several clicks. Install the battery into mouse, you should see red LED turns on, mouse cursor will move.
