It is plugged up to charger, light indicates that charger is being accepted, but phone will not turn on. HELP!!
If the light indicates but its not charging. one other thing you can do is a soft reset.take out your SIM card and batter for 30 seconds then replace the SIM card, and hold on to the R button and at the same time replace your battery, your phone should turn on and restart twice. but it will come on.
The Sidekick 3 has a charging issue that crops up after awhile. It will just not charge the battery, but the orange light still comes on.
If you are under warranty, great! Send it in and get it fixed. If not, buy an extra battery and a external charger cradle. It will set you back about 40 dollars but it that is a lot better than the 75+ it will cost to fix it!
This also works for the SIdekick ID charging issues as well.

Buy a new cell, that just means you made it fall some where now it wont respond
