Okay so i recently bought a Samsung Slyde SPH-M540 . i haven't even had it a year yet and ive got a problem. My phone will not charge and i called the company and they sent me a new batterie but that still isnt the problem. I've tried my phone chrager on another persons phone and it chargers their phone perectly. However it still wont do a thing with mine and i have tried to plug the usb cord into my computer but that dosn't work either.. Please help im going nuts!
I just repaired my son's phone with the same problem. Turns out the Micro USB connector on the phone was completely un-soldered from the PCB. I simply had to solder it back on to get the battery to charge. You will need a soldering iron with a sharp tip and a steady hand. The connector is in a tight space.
