Sort answer, you can't.
It's locked in by the manufacture.

But there are a lot of hacks that might allow you to unlock them.
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks or similar site and see if your exact player model is in the list.
If so follow the instructions to unlock or reset the player.

Hello there, to my knowledge there is no way to unlock the region on this particular model dvd player. Most portable dvd players cannot change the region code unfortunately. I have double checked and there are no unlock codes for this model.

A lot of DVD players can be unlocked by using an event sequence. For example, open dvd draw, close the dvd draw, open it it again, put a number in with the remote and hit 0. If you can find an instruction sequence like that it's a lot simpler and easier.

To my knowledge, there are no known current region free codes for this particular model.

You can of course try the common Toshiba codes in the hope that one will work. They may be found here or here.
