Hello Faith, I don't know if this works for cell phones, but I have heard that you can dry out a wet hearing aid by putting it in the refrigerator for a day or two.

Something has bent or come a drift, not something you can fix yourself, take to camera repair shop for repair , first get a quote as repair may cast as much as a new camera .

Try these procedures.

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ...
Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them.

first of all check the circuit breakers to be sure one or both aren't kicked. be sure to turn the breaker all the way off and then fully on as a tripped breaker is in a halfway off position. if that doesnt fix your problem remove the access panel to the mechanical space in your tub. there are generally one or two reset buttons in there which can also kick off and need to be reset.

use a snake if that doesnt work take the toilet off and look in the bottom you should see part of it

Oh dear, digital cameras are really very delicate piece of item. Now, since you have dropped the camera, the shock it got from the impact has permanently distorted the Pixels Formation.

I cannot guarantee to fix this problem but you can try to restore the camera by going into the settings > restore default.
If it doesnt work then you can try to alter the images after you transfer them on the computer. lemme know if it worked.

Press the power button on and hold it down while extending and twisting the telescopic zoom lens. It might fix your problem. In any case it could not make it worse Good luck!
