clean the contacts of your ram modules with a pencil eraser and re seat it properly, if you have more than one ram, try to insert it one at a time so you will know which ram module is causing the problem
A beep codes has different meaning. Depending on the number of beeps and the series of short or long beeps.
But most frequently, a beeps were heard when a video card and or memory card is loosened. You may need to remove it from the motherboard and reseat them properly on the slot of the motherboard. Just remember when you do it computer must be off.

You can try reseating the memory and video card. You just pull them out and put them back in. Disconnect the power cord before. Also, the machine should beep. Those beep codes have diagnostic meanings. Listen to the beep, and google it: like 2 short 1 long or 4 short.
If the machine doesn't beep, the motherboard is bad.
that is the problem of cpu not a monitor to confirm disconnect signal cable and power on. monitor will show "no signal check signal cable" it means that monitor is ok and fault lies in cpu .then open the cpu and disconnect ram and listen the beep. contineus beep should be heard then ram is faulty replace it. if no beep heard then motherboard is faulty .
Try it on another PC to see if it stll has the same problem then open it up to check the power supply section, look for bad caps with bulging top, look for burnt marks on the PCB. How many times does it beep? If it beeps seven or so times, it's your video card. If it only beeps once or twice, can't remember for sure, it's memory problem.
