If you cannot remember the passphrase, you will need to reset the router to factory standard and then reconfigure your settings. On the WRT models, there is a pinhole on the back of the router.

Push the pin in with a pen for about 10 seconds, then unplug the device. While still holding the button in with the pen, plug the router back in. Wait for about 20 seconds, then release. The router should wipe all settings and complete its boot process. You should then be able to reconfigure the settings. This time, write your passphrase down and keep it in a secure place.

try to use last 4 digit of your phone number . go into the menu then setting then security then enter four digets and you can find these 4 degits into in setting then phone info enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

All you need to do is log into the router usually with the pc that is attached to the router (wired) by typing into the run command box http://192.168.1.1 Depending on the brand of router you'll either put in admin and no password or admin for the password or admin and password for password. Once in the router go to the wireless security tab and you can see the network key. Hope this helps

You didn't specify what router you are using and what type of connection. I assume you are using wireless connection from your laptop. What you need to do is setup security on your router. I can't give you any specifics because I don't know the model of your router. Please read documentation and try to go to wireless security on your router and setup 64-bit WEP then specify 10-digit code. Save your configuration. Try to connect your laptop to the network. If it prompts specify the same WEP security then enter the same 10-digit code. It should work.
