Here is a list of all Sharp Copier Error Codes

The Sharp AR-M205 is almost 12 years old now. It will be very hard to find parts for that machine unless you can find a low meter on ebay.
You may want to take a look here at some of the current Sharp copier models. It looks like the Sharp MX-M232 replaced this machine.

Its no problem you can use ARM-205 toner for AR-205. Both same powder.

Duplex model memory error/ Image data error
Detail 1. The memory capacity for the duplex model
machine is wrong. Insufficient memory
capacity.
2. Duplex setting is set for a single surface
model.

The Sharp AR-M205 Copier, seems to be Discontinued. I can't find it anywhere. Although you can still get parts and Toner drums for it.

Hello sir; Your machine require reset procedure; press "#", "interupt", "clear", "interupt" then enter 14 press start.

1, press "program", "interupt", "clear", "interupt".
2, enter 16 press start.
3, turn machine off and back on .
