Re: when i turn it on, give it 20 seconds it turns off...
Flashing is the only hope, but if the problem is with the processor or power Ic, then it will be more complicated. But most problem related to restart and auto shut off are usually fixed by flashing. Good luck.

Does it also have a software update because if it does then all you need to do is to get it attached to your PC and get it updated. If it doesn't and the firmware is up to date chances are that you just need to turn off the phone and give 5 seconds to turn off and 30 for it to cool down. After 35 seconds turn it on and wait for it to boot up. See if the sim card is detected and working again properly. If you still have problems then the phone needs to be replaced.
Are you sure your USB charger is working properly? Have you tried replacing the battery? You might try this trick: Make sure that your Notebook is plugged into the charger and that it is plugged into the power outlet, press the power button and hold it down for 20 seconds, then release the button and wait about one minute, now press the power button again and hold it down for 20 seconds again. Hopefully, this will reset your system.
You might have another part that has gone bad. Check the RAM and see if it gives you any problems.
There is a program call mem test that you can burn to a CD and test your memory. But if your no longer able to get to the bios: you def had a hardware problem.

3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.
NOTE: Resetting will turn the player off while it is frozen.
Re-seat the battery.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Connect the player to the PC to verify if it turns on.
3. Re-seat the battery to ensure proper connection.
4. Verify if the player turns on.
NOTE: If the player turns on when connected to the PC but not stand-alone, the battery might be dead and doesn't receive a charge anymore.
Try booting into Safe Mode. You can do this by rebooting your computer. As soon as it turns on, you should see some kind of splash screen or logo like "Acer" or "Dell". When you see this, start tapping the F8 key about twice each second. Hopefully, you'll get the Boot menu for Windows. Select "Safe mode" from the list and see if it boots properly. If it does, then you have a software issue like a virus, bad drivers, or faulty software installed. If it won't boot into Safe Mode, you may have a compromised operating system or failing hard drive. Give that a try and see what happens.
Make sure the cmos jumper is plugged in. Turn off your pc, unplug the power source. Remove the cmos battery for 30 seconds then put it back. Reboot your pc. Give us feedback! Hope that helps :-)
This is a mechanic problem. The camera can't align the lents and proper focus them due to some sort of servomotors failure. Because of that, it tries to get a proper fix, but as it fails, it thinks that some object got the lents pushed or something like that and it askes you for a "reboot". You can't "hard boot" the camera, even a complete reset woun't help as this error is given by the camera's microcontroller circuitry (some sort of camera processor). The only fix can by given by an autorised service center. Even they may find out that you need the whole lens mechanism changed.
