Fuse F1 / 250mA fails for no apparent reason. It is on the AC power input circuit board which is under the platter and black plastic cover

Faulty switch? If all else fails go inside! Often from the underside of the turntable and see what you can find.

SOURCE: No Power to 1210s

Problem is not the fuses, but the power supply / power transformer has blown. This is why you should always wrap exposed wiring with electrical tape or heatshrink tubing.

The power supply can be purchased HERE, but this is not an easy replacement. And if you blew it by not properly replacing the Pop-up light, than I DON'T suggest you try to replace the power supply on your own either. You could really cause even more damage, and possible harm to yourself and your property.

No power to my 1210 MK2s

HI,

Open the turntable. It sounds like the on/off switch is bad. Remove the platter and screws with a phillips screw driver and just make sure the connections are in place. make sure you disconnect the power first.

I have a built-in AEG Microwave code MC166(0E?) My son unfortunately used the microwave as a timer so it was on for 30mins without anything in it. It now won't turn "on"; no light/clock...

What fuse did you change? The fuse on the wiring that leads to the microwave needs to be intact, then the fuse in the Microwave itself needs to be checked. Usually there is a plug where the microwave is plugged in, in the cabinet above the microwave, you can take another small appliance or a power tester to make sure power is available in the outlet where the microwave is plugged in. If the power is on at the outlet then you'll know that it is the microwave itself that has turned itself off for some reason. You can get manuals for these ovens at this website

03 Ford F250 does not send power to trailer plug

Go to your fuse box in the engine compartment. Check the fuses in the box. Your turn signals and brakes to your trialer are controlled fron fuses in that box not inside the truck!

Me technic 1210s wont *** on ive tryed change in the fuses wiv 1 from tv an still nothing any ideas?

It could have got an internal fuse, not the one in the plug. Also the power switch might have broken. There's only one way to find out! Take the bottom off and have a look.

Technics 1210s mk2

You have a short somewhere on your main PC board that is causing this. You will have to take it to a qualified service professional for testing.

There is no 'motor' per say on this model. It is direct drive, so there is no moving parts. A drive coil rotates the magnet that is located under the metal platter. This in turns causes the platter to rotate. You can stop the platter, and nothing will happen to the drive system. It's basically just not going to turn. There is no resistance occurring, which is the beauty of these turntables, and which is why DJ's prefer them to other models on the market - especially the Turntablist community.

More than likely there is something on the main PC board that is causing a short, blowing out the fuse. Look at R213 - see if there is a discoloration around it, also take a look at Q2 and Q3.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, then don't try to figure it out. Take it to a service center.

Follow up on "no power to my tv"

Let me give an idea ...after the fuse you have the bridge rectifiers and it can be all in one package or 4 individual diodes after that you have a big filter capacitor and then a power transistor called the switch mode regulator, this are major parts that can make the fuse blow up right away as soon as you plug the set in wall but these parts work along with about 30 other minor parts. If the fuse blew up at plug in it can be one of these but if it blew at turn on from the power botton it can go farther down the power supply,is hard to tell how much is damage and how much it will cost.Get an estimate and then decide.Good luck
