No Sound I'm looking for Updated Mother board / on board sound drivers for this computer

are you looking for the sound driver for your processor ?? if so there is no such thing ... sound drivers will only be found for the mother board ( if equipped with on board sound ) and for add on sound cards . if you get the info from the mother board and your operating system or if its a store bought computer the model and brand i can see what i can fine for drivers ... if its a store bought you can usually find all the drivers on the manufactuers web site .. if you can't find them get back with me and ill see what i can do on finding the right page you need for drivers ..

The Intel website will have the Audio sound drivers that are updated for your motherboard. Make sure you get the ones for your operating system.

Re install the audio drivers..first uninstall the sound card thru the device manager, restart the computer and install new audio driver. All the drivers you need for that motherboard can be found at this link..look at the bottom of page right side for the "download link"

You can try looking for the motherboard sound drivers upload , it will be quicker to get a temp job and buy another I found

The fact that the driver is not being prompted or autoloaded by the OS tells me you might have to enter the BIOS and enable the sound features. Sometimes they are off by default. I would also look for an updated BIOS while I was at ASROCK the real maker of your board.

There may be a some file are missing from the sound device driver. You have to notice one thing that your sound device is inbuild or sound card . The inbluid sound device is attach from the mother board(it is like a chip form the mother board and sound card is attach in the slot of the mother board.

In the inbuild sound card driver is comes with the mother board cd any way you can get the cd for both.

Now i tell you the installation

1. Right Click My Computer icon and go to the properties
2. Goto the hardware tab and click the device manager
3. There you see the sound,viedo and game conntroller.
4. right click the sub files and click on the update .
5. Put the sound card on the cd driver.
6. and install the device driver and restart the computer.
