How can unmute my watch. even the alarm tone is on mute.

Um, well I had the same problem on my baby-g watch, but i fixed it so here:
- dunno if this'll work, but hold the bottom left button for a long time. never let go till you here a beeping noise. like DO NOT let go. like this is a g-shock and not a baby-g, i dunno where the mute is indicated, but u might see it somewhere. so, just do that dunno if it works as, again, i have a baby-g. good luck! :)

To make it beep every hour you must first put it on the alarm mode. Then, press the START-STOP button until a little bell shows up at the left. Hope it helps!

Shut off hourly alarm on g-shock

Okay I have this module so here goes.
Start from your regular timekeeping mode (use lower left buttin to cycle through until you get to the normal time display).
Press 'mode' button (lower left) once. You are now in alarm mode.
Press lower right button to cycle through the alarm modes. The cycle goes: hourly beep on, timed alarm on, both on, neither on. You will see the corresponding icons (a ripple icon for hourly beep and and a bell icon for the alarm) appearing/disappearing in the top left of your display as you cycle through. So if you are in hourly beep mode now you probably need to press that lower right button 3 times to get to 'neither' alarm being on.
Press lower left button to return to normal display.
Hopefully - enjoy the peace!
