My Sony SPP-A900 phone no longer allows me to dial in from another phone (esp my cell) to get my messages. I thought to open the box and clear any dust, but removing the 4 screws on the bottom didn't allow the base to open. (Also, the speaker volume won't come up with the volume keys to an audible level.) Thank you.
