I can only get about 5 minutes of riding.either the battery or the charger might be broken.i relly dont know what to do.i need help

Get a wiring diagram of your bike and you will find out what goes where in minutes, I couldnt help more as i dont know what Kwak you ride, there's quite a few different models out there lol Get the diagram and it will be easy

Get yourself a new battery charger to stay safe. If you see it is burned up inside, then it probably isn't worth repairing.

the battery is behind the front grille, you have to remove the screw in the middle and then pull out on the green plastic clips on each side
then fold down

Ok, your problem is not very well explained, I dont know if you are techy or nooby, also do not mention how old is the equipment. options:
1- Defective battery pack, HP has recalled a few battery pack models for them being defective, check with HP's website to see if yours has been recalled.
2- Defective or not working charger, HP and compaq chargers do not have indicator light unfortunately, so the only way to make sure is by testing the lead with a multimeter.
3- Broken cables within insulation, either power outlet to charger, or charger lead itself broken internally from being stepped on or run over by furniture. test them both.
4- Worse case scenario, if your charging light goes off and on every few minutes, then your power board may be going out or defective, battery not taking charge (dead), possible issue with mother board going bad.

if you dont have a charger, any car or boat battery charger will work, just set it on 12v and no more than 2 amps. you might have to modify the conector to attach the + and - form the charger.

check the battery with a multimeter and see if its showing 12 volts or more, if it is showing volts but not 12 or more then put it on the charger for about 8 hours, then check the battery again if it still hasn't went up check the voltage of the charger with the multimeter and make sure that the charger is putting out 13.8 volts or more, iif it isn't then you need a new charger, if it is then you need a new battery

first must by the connection bettw.battery and starter.second mesure short cut of the starter .try cu see if you have the seal battery or not.in this case try to see if there is mixture water + acid(enough) on it.other solution -you have broken battery charger relly.

remove the seat batt is hiding right there, make a short lead with a plug female on the end that will hook to your batt, make another lead with coresponding plug male (male female)to hook to charger and you will never have a dead battery agin when done riding plug up the trickle charger PS make the lead under the seat long enough that it will hang out so you dont have to remove seat everytime
