I am using nokia 7210 supernova . When i am opening musicplayer it showing operation failed error and not playing. How can i resolve this problem i updated my mobile software also.

You can format your multimedia card using the external card reader in the Desktop PC or laptop and then use the memory card in your phone.

buddy do factory reset first
go to settings
security
reset factory settings
Default password would be 12345
if this not help you must Flash your phone. visit near mobile repair shop and ask him for flashing.

Try moving your video and audio files into another location and try playing them through Gallery not from the Player. It might be because of some sort of corruption in play list address handling so move them uinto another folder and try again.
If it doesn't resolve your problem I am afraid you'll have to reset your phone.

Remove the battery and keep aside, remove the memory off. Now replace battery and see if the phone reboots , if not there can be a software issue and you might have to contact Nokia care to reinstall.

try to perform a backup using nokia pc suite
format the phone using *#7370# (Warning this will delete all data on the phone)
restore backup to your phone via pc suite
the error should be gone now

Perform a full backup of your phone using nokia pc suite then restore this backup to your phone after the phone restarts you should have no more problems with the music player

you need to flash it higher version..go to your nearest friendly cellphone shop and ask if they have mx key or cyclone box
