You can get the Unlock code for NOKIA E61 model Phone at
Onlinegsmunlock.com and Unlock it from network lock easily.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

check with a different charger, this happened to me. I got mine started up just by charging with the different charger. Just try.

Honestly i have dropped my E61 a couple of times at the hight of atleast 4 to 5 feet. it still is working fine, yours could be a hardware problem.

what error do you get?

A soft reset would be simply to turn off the phone, remove and re-insert the battery and restart the device. To hard reset the phone (erase all data stored in memory and return to factory settings) dial *#7370# It will ask you if you are sure, then it will ask you for the security code (by default this is 12345). Your phone will then reboot.
