1)first install ur operationg system (refresh)
2)install support drivers including bluetooth and lan

For some reason the disk is not being registered in the BIOS. Bent pins can cause this problem. Is the disk firmly seated?
Did it quit working "suddenly" and you replaced the disk? If so, it sounds like the disk controller circuit on the mother board has gone bad.
Put the disk in a desk top and see if you can read it. (Takes special laptop cables or a special adapter. PC shops could test it.)
If you can see the disk contents, then for sure you have a problem on the mother board.
Delete any/all antivirus softwares on the computer. Restart computer and go here to download Panda free trial. Works great and after the trial I would suggest buying this software because it will save you from tech fees.

Download everesthome. run the program, click on + by motherboard, click on chipset, identify in the right top column, north bridge, south bridge chip sets.
then either e-mail me a screen shot (prt sc key on keyboard open paint click on edit, paste, save as bmp. or jpeg and e-mail to me
