I just installed PDF Professional 2 and received the following error message: Windows can't install the wpedrv kernel-mode print driver. To obtain a driver that is compatible with the version of Windows (7) you are running, contact the manufacturer.
Is there a patch or driver file I can download from your site?
Thanks,
Keith
You may need to upgrade your product. I see PDF Professional 4 is Win7 compatible on the company's web site. The Windows Compatibility Center doesn't list the product.
Alternatively, you could install the older version in a computer with XP (either a dual-boot or virtual computer). If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate, you can run the XP mode (two programs to download and install from Microsoft). Otherwise you'll need a valid product key for XP. You may need to place files on external media to transfer them from the real computer to the virtual one and back.
I hope this helps.

Hello nvpenter,
I don't think Oki makes a driver for Windows 7. I would try installing the drivers in Vista compatibility mode and see if that works. I've put two methods below that may help you resolve your issue.
Method 1: Run the Printer troubleshooter and check if it helps.
Method 2: Uninstall the existing printer drivers and install the Vista drivers in the compatibility mode.
a. Right click on the setup file (setup.exe for the drivers) and select Properties.
b. Now click on the Compatibility tab and check the box which says "Run this program in compatibility mode for."
c. Select Windows Vista (Service Pack 2). Click Apply and OK.
d. Now right click the setup file and select Run as Administrator and follow the normal installation procedure. Check to see if you can use the printer now.
