printes parts have estimated life. like any roller can roll upto 10,000 times ( this is an example). so u need to contact authorise service person of epson to know how many parts are end of life.

your printer porous pad need to be replaced.. and the waste ink counter need to be reset...

Reset your printer. Its counter should be reset to zero. Use third party software utility.
