Sansui tv's with a PC input are usually 60hz tv's. Try changing the refresh rate on your PC to 60hz. You will need regular computer monitor to make the change on your PC.

if notebook got vga out and tv got vga is verry simply, conect them and after select tv as your secondary display
cole primary display to the seconday
start tv and go to the imput menu, select pc

and will be ok

Acer 3610 no picture when conected to tv

You should use hot key on you laptop which switch video out put from you notebook LCD to TV.

Usually its function key at the right lower corner and

<Fn> + <F5> Display toggle Switches display output
between the display screen,
external monitor (if connected)
and both.

Could you give us more details, please? Does the PC starts and what happening after you press the power button? Can you hear the fan works? When the problem started and what was changed before the problem occoured? Have you checked the conection between PC and the monitor itself?
