Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "AcerSupport" (without the quotes). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Download andinstall the drivers.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
install my web cam imicro im 109 with out the driver
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Download the trial of winRAR from here, install then just right click on the Rar file and extract to a location of your choice.

you should be able to go to their website and download a free new one....download one driver(program that makes in work) to your computer and another to disk so you can have a new disk with the driver on it. Good luck. Make sure the model number on the download is exactly the same as the webcam or it may not work properly.
