Little Big Planet PS3 System update internet problem

Sometimes certain games just will not work. I bought a copy of Heavy Rain that did the same thing. I took it back and traded in for a different copy of Heavy Rain and it worked perfectly. Don't know what causes it, but it happens.

Your little big planet is updated? usually it requires the last version.

You can update your ps3 without going online on the ps3. Go to http://us.playstation.com/support/systemupdates/ps3/index.htm on your computer and download the newest update. Download it to a flash drive. Insert this into the USB port of your ps3. save it to your hard drive, and then update your system from the XBM. Also, newer games (little big planet 2) have the firmware on them so if you buy/rent them, you can install from the disc.

Do you have HD audio selected on your ps3 on a non-HDTV? If so, change the settings to Standard Def.

can you connect to the internet at all

If he did an update that was loaded on the game it could have been an old one and cause a problem. Get him to try and do a system update via internet or go on a computer and go to the Playstation website and download it to a flashdrive. Hope this helps

Did you just have a update or the game. sometime the updates can have a bad file.

Are you useing wireless? If so try pluging it in with a cat 5 cable it will be muuch faster.

did you check all your connections like explain what u mean

little big planet uses almost all of sonys computing power to play alot of other games only uses a small fraction im sorry no fix currently known to me
