sc 307 is a charge bias error having to do with the yellow photoconductor unit (PCU). Replacing the yellow PCU should resolve your problem. If the problem persists even with a new PCU, you will likely need to have either the high voltage supply board or the drum positioning plate replaced.

I just came across this post, you've likely solved it by now; However it is a "Toner density" error related to your cyan photoconductor. It is a defective connector. Replacing the cyan photoconductor should solve problem.
It is working now, however I had to have Ricoh come out they cleared up the error code and told me I needed a new transfer unit and black PCU. I got both items from a 3rd party and installed them problem did not go away. I called Ricoh, they sent their guy back out at n/c and he got it going after taking much of the machine apart but he was not very clear on exactly what caused the problem.
