Where did you get the phone from? Did you purchase the phone new or used? It sounds as though the phone has been 'blacklisted'. You can check if the phone is blacklisted HERE. The check costs £1.99 but it will confirm if the phone is blacklisted or not. If the phone is not blacklisted, there could be a problem with the phones antenna in which case you would need to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or Samsung Service Point.

How to fix snom 300 because it cannot received calls

Is your phone connecting to a hosted PBX provider or is it connecting to a premise-based IP PBX? Incoming and outgoing calls are usually handled by two separate connections between your PBX and the service provider SIP trunk. Sounds like a registration problem with the SIP trunk. There is nothing you can do from the phone itself to fix this.

I cannot send nor receive calls, nor send and receive text messages as of yesterday, April 18, 2011... I am currently using a postpaid SIM... thanks

there are several factors why you are unable to send and receive messages and make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.
network issue: are you the only one experiencing the problem? try to check with someone who is on the same location and is using the same network as you if he or she is experiencing the same problem as you. if yes, then it may be a problem with your network.
make sure that you have good signal and contact your service provider too and ask them if they have an ongoing maintenance in the area and ask if the sms and calls services are activated on your account
phone issue: if you have a good signal and still can't send, receive text messages, do and receive incoming, outgoing calls, try to do these: call the service provider and ask for the default network pin, then go to the settings of your phone, call settings, call barring, deactivate all barring
try inserting your sim card to another phone and try to send an sms
turn off your phone, remove battery and sim card and then wait for a few seconds, then put back the sim and battery and turn on the phone then try to send an sms

I am unable to send mails from my e7. I can receive mails, but outgoing mails remain stuck up in outbox. Also, once I have setup the mailbox, I cannot locate the incoming (pop) & outgoing (smtp) server...

Hello there!

Try to remove all the settings from your E7. You have to contact your Network Provider to send you the GPRS settings. Usually, the email settings shall be automatically saved. The settings shall be sent to you over-the-air by your provider. the incoming (pop) & outgoing (smtp), server settings are all be given out by the provider automatically once you requested it over-the-air.

The mail function works fine on my home wireless network, but won't work on the office wireless network. I've occasionally found this problem with some hotel wireless systems. Other internet functions...

the mail is needing two servers to work:
- pop server to get your mail, you can acces to it everywhere
- smtp server to send mail, you can only use it from your home wifi.

To send mail from evrywhere, you had to go on your provider website

My computer refuses to change a message in Outbox to Send, leaving me with a queue ofunsent messages. I can receive incoming clls, but not send any out returner@ntl world.com

Make sure your SMTP (outgoing) server is set properly.
Are you on your own connection - or using a retail WiFi one?

Normally most WiFi servers reject outgoing mail.
You can GET mail - just not send any.
SMTP is blocked.
Pop3 (incoming) is allowed.

To check that the SMTP is set properly -

Open O/E, and navigate to the following screen....

Tools > Accounts > (Highlight the eMail account you are trying to send from).

Then click Properties

Click SERVERS tab.

It should say...
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): __________________________

In the blank it should say something like: SMTP.ntworld.com
(check with your service provider for the correct SMTP setting)

Call barring

Use the network services menu for this...

Use this menu to access network services. Please

Outlook express incoming and outgoing mail servers

If you would like to know your incoming and outgoing mail server address, you must contact your email provider and inquire about such. This is because mail server addresses are based specifically on your email providers settings so there is no default. So for it to be easier just contact them and inquire.

I hope this has answered your question sufficiently. If you have more questions please post a reply and i would be happy to assist. Thanks.
