How many rings before call goes to voive mail

I just purchased the Casio GzOne. I can't seem to find where I can change my number of rings before call goes to voice mail. It rings forever before voice mail picks up. Can someone direct me to the proper setting to change this>

I have contacted Verizon tech support for this issue. They say it depends on where you are (what towers are responding to your incoming call) and can not be changed. I told them that Cingular could entend the ring time, not number of rings. The rude customer-no-service person told me "well, you need to go to Cingular-now AT&T". We will see what type of response I get from the letter I wrote to the President of Verizon.

How can I reset the code to my gzone from verizon it's not a phone in service any longer but I wanted to retrieve my pics stored on the phone is there a way to reset the unlock code?

hi Subuksh there are two ways to get your pics off the phone. The first way is to get a micro sd card and put it into the slot on the side of the casio. it will cost $20. if you get it from Verizon. Also you may not need to change your lock code. The lock code is the last four digits of your phone number. Even if your not using that phone it is the same last four of the most recent phone number on the phone. OK their is one more options that you have you can reactivate the gzone. IF you need help with any of these options contact me an I will walk you through how to do it. Hope this helps

Where is the mute button on the Casio gzone boulder phone?

Once you've dialed your phone number and are connected... press "CLR" until the numbers are erased from the screen... Then you'll notice that the "mute" appears on the lower left of the screen. Just press the Upper Left Key "-" and your muted !

My Casio Gzone Boulder has stopped recording numbers called

I had the same problem. No caller ID for incoming or outgoing or missed. Then it froze up. I took the battery out to restart it. A day or 2 later I had to get it replaced. No caller ID at all. I got a new Boulder from verizon. It started not receiving calls randomly. I would get some, but friends complained that they called and I did not anser. No voice mail was there or them. Then IT Froeze on the Verizon Wireless wording. Cant do a thing now. 3rd phone onits way. THESE ARE JUNK!!!! I got my first in sept, 2nd oct, 3rd on its way for dec 5. SEND IT BACK FOR A REPLACEMENT.
