I need a share ar 5320e software .How can I get this software?

Change toner cartridge.

the fuser unit is not heating up

unplug the copier then plug back in

make sure the fuser area where you clear jams is latched down

close all doors

if this does not work your fuser lamp is burned out or a fuse has blown on the heater roller
You will have to call service

I don't know you talking about color printer or black/white or copier that is all difference, if copier, you have go to check the charge&discharge corona wire if black/white printer you have check the image roller both end contact is clean,

That is because you need to put in some developer. This acts as a carrier for the toner. AR202ld is what you need

You can not enlarge when set to book copy since the machine is not able to rotate the image to fit on bigger size of paper.you need a machine with rotation feature like the Sharp ar-5127 with a dual function board.

Check for scratches on the drum surface. If you have ran a lot of copies on there, its a good time to get it serviced. It could be the cleaning blade on the drum as well.
