There is not an option to buy a print head, only cartridges are available as spare parts.

New printers are available from Amazon.

The cartridge is either empty or defective

with that printer you have to have both cartridges in the printer if you have the old color cartridges put it in and see if that works but more the likely you are gonna have to buy a new color cartridge

Determine if the printer has been held or paused.

2. Ensure that Pause Printing is not selected. If Pause Printing is selected, click Resume Printing.

Ensure that you installed the ink cartridges correctly and removed the orange caps from each cartridge.

my dell 703w when i to print it not printing olny blank page coming out

Check your settings i=under the Services Toolbox. Also go into printer preferences and see if you can force it to print in black only.

I had the same problem with the yellow cartridge. Yellow quit printing, put in a new yellow and still would not print yellow. I had a help file, don't know where I got it, but it suggested replacing the black ink cartridge also, even though the black wasn't low yet. Replaced the black, ran a few nozzle cleans and everything worked fine. Don't know why. Try it
