Check the brake leveler at the back of the scooter. If you can push the scooter this means its in free wheel. Move the brake then switch the scooter on and try.

My pone is charging but wont turn on i have taken the battery out several times and it is full charged but still wont turn on what should i do

replace the battery with a new one. Many battery types create a 'memory' when used repeatedly without a full charge. stopping the charging process prior to full charge lowers the level the battery 'expects' a full charge to be. Do this often enough and you will create a battery that expects full charge to occur at zero charge.

My ibm wont turn on unless the charger is in it just wont turn on.

The battery must have gone bad! if its three or more years old you need to get a new battery for the computer. Periodic conditioning of the battery from first use may prolong the battery life. Battery life is reduced by plugging computer with battery all the time.
Conditioning. Periodic full charge and full discharge practice is good for battery. Batteries are better charged when they are at less than 10% power and its better to charge them to 100%. Do not leave on electric power once they are fully charged.
I hope this helps in future but current battery may need replacement!

The battery wont stay charged .when you plug it in to charge the green light comes on ,when fully charged the red light is on,when you turn it on no power

If the charger is automatically giving you a green light when you plug in the charger, the batteries are most likely damaged and will no longer take a charge. This can happen when the power chair is stored and the batteries are not charged for a while. The green light on the charger indicates the battery is full, but instead of being full of power, its full of crud. Try to replace the batteries and see if that will solve the problem.

My sandisk sansa 2g wont turn on with out being plugged in at tha computer n seems to be fine when its plugged in but when its unplugged it wont work! the battery is on a full battery but wont turn on at...

The battery may show "full' but still not hold a charge, so that when you unplug it from your computer, it goes dead. I assume you hold down the power button for several seconds and it still doesn't power up? Most likely, you battery is defective.

Screen says battery is full, but wont turn on

I read somewhere that even with a functional lyra, when it displays "battery full", you should keep charging for another hour. This is said to extend battery life and give you an extra 2-3 hours of power. Either this is perfectly normal, or it indicates that the battery reading tends to be inaccurate. In any case, try leaving it charging even after it gives you the message. Another thing to consider is, how long has it been in the box? I'm not sure about lithiums, but most rechargeables I know live longer when used. Live it alone for too long and you shorten it's life. Could be good to get a second opinion on this battery thing though. If there's a warranty, don't let it waste. Good luck
