i will strongly advice 2 go to your software vendor and get the recommended (Original) windows for your laptop.. of which carries all necessary drivers your laptop needs...
From another computer, access http://support.dell.com
and download the selected driver to a USB memory-stick.
Connect the memory-stick to your Dell, and install the driver.
copy and paste the link below and it will lead you to the dell support site.

when you are already in the dell support site click the drivers and downloads, key in your service tag of your notebook (so that it will specifically give you the drivers for the model of your machine only) then look for the network drive.
Not a problem, I'll help you thru it. What we need to do is boot up off of the cd so we can install the operating system.
Then we need to install drivers once all of that is done.
Then at that point we will verify that all the hardware is installed and from there you can on your own install the programs that you might have that you want put back on there.
