Display disappeared of orange spv m3100

My fone orange spv m3100 is not displaying any thing
the screen has disappeared, i am getting phone calls but the problem is display. your immediate help will be highly appreciated.

Sounds like your backlight brightness is turned all the way down. this happens automaticlly on my windows 5 mobile device when the battery is almost dead and when i recharge it it stays this way. if you take and turn it from side to side you can see a faint outline of the windows under a bright light go start settings and adjust the backlight brightness up this should resolve your problem

Have you tried doing a hard rest. Here is the procedure;
Caution if you perform a full reset, your phone returns to its default settings and looses all information that is saved on phone (Like contacts, messages, emails, mms etc).
Hard reset: Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device. You will be presented with a menu saying 'press R to reset, X to exit', if you press R Your device will be set back to factory default settings.
(The L/R soft keys are the "- -" keys just above the start and OK buttons)
