try reseting the tv and remote.....unplug tv from the wall plug for 5 mins. then remove batteries from remote.....from left to right at the top of remote hit all the buttons on remote then put batteries back in try that......

Do an internet search using a search engine such as google and type in " sanyo tv model#:_________remote code " put in remote model # which is usually on back of remote or in battery compartment of remote when you take out batteries. Rich

Unplug everything, change the batteries in the remote, then plug everything back in.

The codes listed by Sanyo for my TV won't work in my star Choice remote.
I tried 017 021 039 056 057 058 and 140 as listed by Sanyo.
Any ideas?
