Need Wiring instructions

Hello, bought a Hampton Bay 73554 Antigua fan display model at home depot. It did not come with the box or wiring instructions. Can someone please tell me how to wire this? This model does not have a light or remote control and I am not hooking it up to a wall switch. Wire from electrical box has black, white and ground. Wiring from ceiling fan has black, white & blue. The short ground was only attached to the ceiling mount.

Thank you for bailing me out.

Actually, the plot thickens. I took apart the cut (guts) where all the controls and wires are. It turns out that a) the wire harness was not connected, b) the wire harness connections were both female, c) Home Depot must have inadvertently swapped cup (guts) from another model (this was on display). I ended up calling the Hampton Bay Service Dept. (877) 898-1881. Who told me to call "King of Fans" their service provider out of Florida 1-800-749-3267. With no hassle, they are sending me the correct cup to go with our model. Should be plug and play from here. By the way, I decided to connect blue in case we add a light assy later on.

    Thanks for your support.

Where can i order a new motor for this model

Check this response from 2008 for same model fan.

Fan stopped Turning - Removed fan to check all the connections. All the connections were good. When you turn the fan on, you can hear a humming sound. If you take off the blades you can spin the motor and it will work, but will not turn on it's own.

I called Home Depot customer service. I had my receipt, so they gave me store credit for the full purchase. Since I have two fans, they wanted to know if I wanted to replace both fans. I told them one was still working fine, so I only replaced one. My problem was the transformer. You could see where it had overheated and melted.

Capacitor

Hi,
The best place to find that is back at Home Depot...you may be able to match it up at a local electrical supply house, but usually they are a forgien made cap and are not readily accessible to the consumer in the states...

I have had a Hampton Bay Antigua Plus 56'' ceiling fan for about four years now. The blades have sagged so much that now I cannot even put the globe over the lights. I only want to know if there is any way...

Try not to take that person serious. I would tighten the screws on the brackets around the fan. Only a phillips screw driver needed for this task. The blades on mine are hardened wood.lol.
However, the problem I have is with finding a replacement bracket:
ST306-002-22
I found that Hampton Bay is a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Depot (look it up). That being said, I contacted Home Depot and the associate had no protocol in getting me in a better direction.
The problem I have is the lacking of integrity shown by Home Depot in this particular situation. I knew nothing about Hampton Bay ceiling fans being that of a subsidiary onto Home Depot. I am a potential customer to the Depot but, will attempt to research all methods possible to save myself an unnecessary trip to flirt with possibility of a non-fitting universal bracket. BALLS!!!

Cover does not attach to the universal bracket I purchased

Buy a drill and drill bit and make a hole in the bracket where needed. To make installation easier, use a larger that needed drill bit and add washer to screw, won't look as professional but you are not a professional anyway. Who goes around looking at ceiling fan mounts anyway???
