you need to contact your provider and let them know that you need your puk code and they give it to you and how to enter it

The code is different for each phone, but you can work it out for free if you follow the instructions at www.pb4kn.co.uk/ks360_unlocking.htm

to download windows live messenger, you can go to:
http://www.messengergonemobile.com/
then fill in your details, and a link to download will be sent to your phone.
or you can go to your phone browser, and type in msn mobile messenger in your browser.
and you can use the messenger on the msn website there.

LOL! yo u know i had the same problem, leave your phone charging in a cold place dont put it in the fridge tho .. like leave it sitting in one spot for ages but no longer than 6 hours, then plug in the slide it up and then hold the on botton, but i may warn u, u can only use your phone when u slide it not when its in brick mode.. okay ?

i just got the phone a month ago for tmobile my self. it works really well. al though if you wanna get on the web you have to talk to some one in the tech dep. at tmobile and they have to send info to your phone. you just have to give them the imei number on the back of your phone. if it helps try to talk to a guy named pedro in the tech depo. he was the only one i talked to who knew what they were doing. all in all it works fantastically for tmobile here in jersey.
