Mx-900 wasn't switching channels. Tried new batteries but it is now reading loader. is there a way to get back to normal operation

Try removing the batteries, then short out the terminals in the remote. This should discharge any residual power in the components in the remote. Re insert the batteries and it should then work ok

Non responsive buttons

You have to open up the remote. The underside of each button has a black disk. Clean each button with a pencil eraser. Then look at the circuit board. Where each of the black discs would make contact (looks like two "E"s facing each other) clean each of those with the eraser. But the remote back together and all the buttons will be responsive.

Just bought a RCA Universal Remote but it reacts as if its programed for that devise but it is not . Why??

Sometimes there are multiple codes that will work but not work quite right, ie. change channels, work the volume, etc. Try setting the remote on the next higher code that does turn the device off, bypassing the first. If that one does the same, try the next code, etc. Also you can look on remotecentral.com for a way to make the remote do an auto search as the correct code may not be in the printed listings.

How to program ilo TV w/universal remote to play DVD

I Believe You Can Go To Channel 2 And Right Below Those Channels Are The 3 Video Channels Turn On Your Dvd Player And Go Through Them. If That Doesn't Work Try Looking At The Buttons On Your Tv For A Tv Video. Make Sure You Dont Have A Tv Video Button On Your Remote If You Do Then Just Click It Till You Find The Appropriate Video Channel.

I can not get my MX-900 Universal Remote to connect to my compute

Turn off CPU, Unplug Power cable, And all usb devices, let it sit for about 20mins. Plug it all back in. Turn on the CPU! Also make sure if your device requires "DRIVERS" or if you have a CD download and install that before anything.

You need the original remote controller to be able to switch input modes.Universal ones usually don't work. If you don't have the original remote and can't find it ever or if it is too expensive you can buy an rf modulator ( very cheap) and connect your dvd player, game console etc) to the modulator then connect the modulator to your antenna with a coax cable. This worked for me. It placed the connection to channel 4 and other cable channels are still working,

You can buy the RF Modulator from: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180299245670
