If you go to the Fossil web site http://www.fossil.com/en_US/shop/customer_care/static/fossil-Instructions.html
You will find a list of diagrams and associated instructions. (As you run the the curser over each model the picture changes to show the layout of the wach the instructions are for).

I could not find the model you mentioned but there must be one of these that is close to yours.

Check out the videos and articles. With my Seiko, you pull the crown to the first position and pushing the side buttons closest to the dial, advances with each press.

How to fix the pendulum on an elgin quartz anniversary clock

I am unsure wha you mean by "fix the pendulum". If you mean it stopped swinging, there are two reasons: first check the battery and contacts. Remember, even a new battery can be bad, which is why new things come with warranties. The other thing is quartz movements usually don't last too long. If the pendulum is not swinging, and is correctly attached to the movement and the battery is good, then the movement has gone bad and you need a new one. Most all clock shops keep quartz movements on hand. If you are a do-it-yourself type, you can get them off the Internet. Be sure to remove the old one first and check how thick the dial is, that's how they sell them by dial thickness.

G.E. Grandfather clock The Adams

I assume you have looked on the Internet to find the manual. Even with all the trillions of things you can find, probably no one has uploaded that manual yet. I had a clock shop for over 30 years. Most grandfather calendar dials can be set by using a NEW pencil eraser. Try to use it near the center of the dial, not on the outside edge. Move the dial clockwise. I suggest a new pencil eraser because a used one can leave smudges on the dial.

I have model fs-2919 would like to know what the other dials are for i dont have the booklet thanks for your help

The three small dials on this watch are all part of a "stopwatch" system. The small dial at the 12 o'clock is for tenths of a second( each half circle completed is one second or 1 whole rotation equals 2 seconds.) the small dial at the 6 o'clock counts a full 60 seconds for each revolution, and the dial at the 9 o'clock counts minutes(one full circle equaling an hour.) when the stop watch is started the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock dials will start at the same time. you will notice that every half turn on the top dial equals one "tick" on the bottom dial. After the first minute of timing the top dial will stop ticking as it is for more precise timing of things that take less than 1 minute. each full rotation of the bottom dial will then equate to one "tick" of the 9 o'clock dial. hence the three dials counting tenths of a second, seconds and minutes. the setting of these dials is fairly easy once you understand the purpose. on the side of the watch there are two buttons(one top and one bottom) with a setting wheel in the center. When in use the top button starts and stops the stopwatch and the bottom button resets the counters. To set the watch simply pull the center wheel away from the watch all the way(2 clicks) set your minute hand and hour hand and then tap the bottom button repeatedly until the small dials all line up straight up. once that is done push the center wheel button halfway into the watch or one click to set the date. then simply push the wheel the rest of the way in and voila!!! hope this answers some questions

Howdo I set time on a puma watch pu910222003 blockbuster circuit touch screen

Setting the time on the PU910222003 Puma ladies watch.

The process is actually less complicated than you would think.

First, a couple things you need to know and remember.

1. The watch has a safety feature which requires you to press the touch button on the right side of the watch before you can do anything as far as touching and changing anything. If it did not, every time you accidentally touched the dial something would change.

2. Touch means you are touching the dial and the (stones or outer edge)

To change the time, day, date etc, on your PU910222003 you must first press the touch button on the side. The word touch will light up (display) inside the watch on the right side of the dial.

Now you are ready to change stuff.

Touch the dial and the little what looks like bling at the bottom of the watch. You need to be touching the watch dial and these stones at the same time to do anything we are about to do.

While touching and holding the bottom of the dial you may see the back light turn on.

That is actually how you do that.

By continuing to touch and hold the bottom of the dial, you will then see the word hold at the top and then the hour of the time flash.

To increment the time or decrement the time, touch the right side of the dial or the left side of the dial. When you have arrived at the current hour, touch the hour at the top again and the minutes will begin to flash.

Continue to set all settings in this manner until you are satisfied. Touching the top to move to the next setting and right or left of dial to go up or down.

When you are done. Touch the bottom of the dial to exit this setting mode.

Day to day use,

Touch the time at the top of the dial to scroll through the time, chrono, alarm etc. To see time if the screen saver is on, touch the left side of the dial. Touching this repeatedly will also scroll through all the phrases programmed into the watch.

While touching and holding the bottom of the dial you will see the back light turn on.

Cool feature,

This watch actually has two displayable times you can use if you travel often to a second time zone. Press the touch button on the side and touch the right side of the dial. Touching it for a second or two will display the time of the second time zone. Touching and holding for a couple more seconds will cause the T2 on the display of the left side of the watch to flash and eventually switch to the second time. I am thinking that touching the bottom of the watch while displaying the second time should allow you to set this time also.

I have a Victorinox ST1500. Since fitting a new battery when I reset the dials they no longer go back to the zero/12oclock position.

I can find no manual for this watch, so can only offer a general solution. With this type of watch there is usually a means of setting the dials to 'home' position. Reset the dials, then pull out the crown (this may have 1 or 2 different positions) and try pressing each of the top and bottom buttons and see if the 'dials' move. Sometimes, some are set with the crown in one position and others when it is in another position. Trial and error should allow you to set the dials to home position. Once you've done that, press the crown back in and retry the stopwatch.

The dials on the watch mean what? Do I have to

Go to Fossil.com, choose your area and then go to the bottom of the page.

There you will see "customer care", click on this and on the next page you will see a menu on the left.

Choose instructions and you will then see a list of sketches with watch types (generic)
It may take some searching but you should find what you need here!

What are the dials? How do you set knobs? Can't move center knob.

The 3 dials are the chronograph for timing an event such as motor racing(a stop watch). The centre know (the crown) has to be unscrewned counter clockwise and then pulled out from the case at, first stage will allow changes to date, second to set the time.
The outside bezel is used as a means of measuring time, eg. 20min, from a random starting point and is often used for 'oxygen' time for diving.
