Glassware keeps coming out cloudy and spotty. Have tried various products. I use jet dry hanging basket style. Only get glassware spotless by running without soap and using vinegar. I would like to use soap as well. Any suggestions?

Use the detergent meant for dish washers. Fill the rinse aid dispenser as per the user guide.If the water quality is hard. Use softeners. If dish washer salt adding provision is provide fill the dispenser.

ok we need to give unit a good rinse out to try and get smaller food stuff out,,,is your jet dry dispenser full ? ,take a regular bowl and put it on top rack face up and run the dishwasher for a few minutes,,the bowl should be full.is your heat dry option turn on...good luck
If you are not using a water softener use a rinse aid such as Jet Dry. This will help to eliminate scum on glassware. Use the solid form of Jet Dry. If you use a water softener you need to decrease the amount of detergent.

Hi, Are you using Jet Dry Rinse Agent? It is very important to keep the washer supplied with this stuff. Otherwise, glassware will come out with a cloudy film and water spots. If you are using it, perhaps it is not being dispensed by the machine. I am having this trouble now, but my machine is about 10 years old, and has always turned out beautiful glassware unless it ran out of Jet Dry. Now, there seems to be a problem in my machine not dispensing it, and I was searching for a solution when I came across your posting. Baxterdog
