Try and check the auto rotor and format.

In some cases it is a simple adjustment of the Levelers. Use a flat level device to check the levels from front to back and side to side. Make certain the Washer and Dryer have a space between them and they do not bang into one another.

Unfortunately these compressors need airflow over the casing for cooling. New comp or try a white noise box.

Block the rear wheels up off the floor. Now put the sccoter in gear and let her rip! Is it real noisy? Did they replace the motor or the trans-axle on which th motor is appart of. If they replaced the entire assembly and its still making noise, thats what they sound like. Ive heard some of the scooters make a winning sound. Go to a place that sells this model and compare. My scooter is a Rascal 600t it makes some noise. It shouldn't be too noisy though. Its hard to tell from here.

main bearing in the motor has gone. take it to your local vac shop 39 for a new motor

Ford Saginaw pumps are notoriously noisy power steering pumps. I have not had any that were not noisy. This is especially true when turning the steering wheel without the vehicle in motion.

It sounds like you may have a bearing race out of spec in your front hub assembly. Check for bearing play by pulling with your hands on each tire--if there is a clunking noise---replace the bearing.

I had the exact same problem (except there was no noise) and I bought a new copy and the same thing happened.  What I did was that I created a new account especially for call of duty world at war and it worked perfectly on that account.

Adding cloth or any other sound absorbing material will not work. There is not enough room to add anything appreciable in the fan area.

Noisy pictures = High ISO in almost all cases. Select ISO manually (select a manual mode where you can control the ISO) and set it to the lowest possible value. To avoid camera shake, place the camera on a tripod or another sturdy surface; or use the flash
