I am looking to buy a Philips 32HFL5860D/27 LCD Panel but can't find one. This Tv was given to me and is less than a year old and it works but the panel is smashed. Does anyone know where I can get a panel for this LCD

More than likely the old board just a, or a few, blow, capacitor(s). It you have a soldering iron, you can replace them yourself for just a couple of dollars.

Just look for puffed-up little can-shaped thingies, unsolder them, and buy replacements for a buck or two down at Radio Shack, and you should be "good to go"!

Easy fix, and cheaper than a replacement board.

I would think the /f7 board would work, if it has the same connectors as the /27 power supply board.

Check and replace its main power regulator board. It will be best to replace it as card basis, rather than trying to repair it.

you are not out of luck..all need is a tech to look at your tv...maybe you have partially damage the output chip that is inside the tv...but if you think that doing a repair is too expensive then you must invest in a new set.good luck.

The logic board on your LCD panel is faulty.

This problems are alway the causes by the T-CON decoders board that sit at the bottom wright in middle of the LCD screen panel.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to a refurbish T-CON decorders board for the replacement.

Call the Philips tv corp. for ur tv warrenty repair.The tv have power supply board,problems.

Tv is less than a year old call Phillips for warrenty repair.This tv have a 1 or 2 long boards,call the LCD inverter boards,it have problems,about to died.These 1 or 2 long LCD inverter boards are to help the LCD screen to have a backlight to produced a picture.That why u have dead pictures,but still have sound.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy those 1 or 2 long LCD inverter boards for the replacement.

can't be fixed becase the entire panel is broken. it is cheaper to replace, because wit labor, parts, ect it would be to expensive

you dont need to buy a new board they cost about 300-400 dollars--- they have refurbished boards around 100 -- look online at
partsstore.com

If less than a year old, this TV is likely under warranty but should have been taken back immediately to address the issue. I suggest contacting the vendor or manufacturer.
